Sen. Duncan’s omnibus judiciary bill, once thought to be declared dead, is now, apparently, showing signs of life.

The Senate State Affairs Committee is expected to continue to discuss the court reorganization bill, taking up a revised version of SB 1204 by Senator Robert Duncan (R-Lubbock) at its meeting on Monday, April 16. Senator Duncan had left the bill pending to gather feedback from interested parties.
