Judge Davis‘s standards may have slipped as of late, judging by the citational abilities of his clerks, who, inexplicably, saw fit to cite to Wikipedia’s definition of “accrue” at n.1 of Exxon Mobil Corp. v. Commissioner of the Internal Revenue Service, No. 06-60276, (5th Cir. Apr. 10, 2007).
